Payment & Refund Policy

Programs are purchased through a one-time payment shown on each program's payment page. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

Accepted methods include card, bank transfer, and mobile wallets (Easypaisa / JazzCash).

Access is activated once payment is confirmed. For bank transfers and wallet payments, activation follows verification of your transaction reference, usually within one business day.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed no more than 15% of the program content. This gives you a fair window to evaluate the program.

Refunds are not available after 7 days, after substantial content has been accessed, or where the plan was purchased during a clearly marked non-refundable promotion.

Email hello@eduva.pk with your name, program, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
